The units are exceptional, incredible.

I enjoyed eggs and bangers at breakfast.

Although the hotel is in the process of being refurbished and therefore there are still some slight problems with the accommodation, the staff and quality of food more than made up for any cosmetic problems with the accommodation i.e. no shaver socket.

The bathrooms are too small for comfort!!! Clear plumbing issues must be addressed, along with poor room maintenance to enhance experience.

All the facilities are very nice, exceptionally clean hotel, its location is stunning and fab down that area. Fresh bread and bangers for breakfast are a plus. Very good service and the food is incredible. The best thing is location - next to beaches and restaurant🙂

The food was excellent. We ate in their restaurant in the evening and the ambience and decor was really good and the service impeccable. Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. Our hosts were really friendly and accommodating and the lounge area was comfortable. The free internet access was a welcome extra.

There are minor things that are purely down to the fact the place is under refurbishment and this hasn't been completed yet (there was no latch on our bathroom door so it didnt close and the bathroom suite in our friends' room was a bright mustard colour and the toilet wouldnt flush properly). Certainly there was nothing about the place that would prevent us staying there again.

Excellent old style Motel type building.Rooms backed on to quad with fountains and grassed area with table and chairs,designated to each room.Set within 400 yds of A2 yet it felt deep in the country.Views of Meadows with grazing sheep and littered with mature Oaks and Firs. Walks into this land were allowed. Staff/owners were excellent and could not do more to enhance your stay.We had dinner,this was a set price menu with several choices of each course.The food was wonderfully presented and was excellent.Breakfast was excellent too.Rooms were good. Would highly recommend this place.

No satellite tv or phone in room.I think this is being introduced as the hotel has had major improvements.

Staff very welcoming. Outside of hotel being renovated so a bit off-putting, but room very good. Dinner was excellent.

Hotel owners were very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast.

The hotel room was of fair size but the space was not utilized efficiently. The huge pieces of furniture made the room felt quite tight. No heating in the shower room and it was freezing cold in there. No lights outside the hotel rooms so it was pitch dark when we got back to the hotel after having dinner in town. It was almost impossible to find the key-hole of the room door. Motion-detection lights should be installed outside the rooms.

The outdoor deck provided a perfect spot.

WiFi connection was unreliable in the room, making it hard to work.
